MIME and ISO-8859-1

MyMAIL has converting functions for some character standars used on the "net".

The converting functions is doing converting to/from MIME
and to/from ISO8859-1 standard so the text is displayed
correctly in the editor

MIME is coding some chars to hex
(i.e =20 will display a space as this is ASCII code 32)

ISO8859-1 char table is used by the most mailers today
so MyMAIL is doing translations to/from ISO8859-1 and Atari ASCII

To get full use of mime this must be active in Program settings
